Once cleared payment has been received you will receive an email confirmation. It is at this stage that your order is passed to the production team to program in for manufacturing.
It is very important that you check the specification on your quote carefully as we will not be able to make changes once production begins. We allow 24hrs from order confirmation to give you time to check and advise of any changes.
You will be kept up-to-date as your order passes through the various stages. You can also login to your ‘account‘ to view the current status. There are 5 order statuses as follows:
Processing:
Payment has been received and your order is confirmed as awaiting production. You have 24hrs at this stage to advise of any changes as once production is underway we cannot make changes. You can estimate how long it will take to complete your order by viewing our ‘Lead Times‘ page.
In Production:
Your order is in the factory being manufactured.
Ready for despatch:
Your order has completed production and is packed ready for delivery to you. We will contact you at this point to arrange a suitable date/time for delivery.
Despatched:
Your order has left the factory and is on it’s way to you!
Completed:
Your order has been delivered to your chosen address and the delivery note signed.
